Returns Policy
You may return (at your cost ) most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with the exception of custom work, and Webkinz due to the coding. Should you receive a wrong item please contact us and we will send a prepaid return label.
We try our best to package well to avoid breakage, but it does happen but not very often. Please take a photo as the PO requires it of the breakage and send it to us. You must keep the breakage till we tell you to toss, as we file claims with the po . Let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.
All merchandise has tracking. We are NOT responsible for packages showing delivered with valid tracking. We will try to help you "find" it. It is our experience that someone in the house has it, or it does show up a day or two later.
We try to refund in a timely fashion but have no control over the credit card companies reflecting it on your acct.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us first with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
